Sanken STA413A

New custom part. Typically we use this part to repair the fuel pump not priming even after IC17 repair. Specifically, it controls the main relay, AC compressor, and radiator cooling fans. Replaces Sanken STA413 or STA413A in the QM3 position in Honda OBD1 ECUs.

Device uses MOSFETs with TVS clamps to protect against inductive kickback from the relays this device controls.

Device is designed with lowest possible gate charge and gate voltage to ensure compatibility with legacy BJT/Darlington biasing.
