Warranty and Product Information

All Apollo Tuning products are granted a lifetime warranty. This warranty is only void if there is substantial evidence that the product was tampered with or otherwise abused.

All Apollo Tuning automotive products conform to ISO 7637-2. All PCBs and soldered assemblies conform to IPC Class 2 standards. For safety critical systems such as our ignition system controllers, we strictly use AEC-Q rated components. For general purpose devices or toys, we choose AEC-Q or industrial grade components.

Refund Policy

We accept 30-days returns upon request.  Orders can be cancelled at any time, provided the item has not been shipped yet.  A shipping label being created constitutes the item being shipped.  The cost of shipping is deducted from the refund.  There is no resetocking fee.  We can provide you a return label for a fee or you can mail to our listed address.
