O2 Sensor Range Fix

New custom part. This item gives a Honda OBD1 ECU the full 0-5v range on D14 O2 sensor input.  With the factory part, you are constrained to a maximum reading of 3.8v.  Use this part to increase the resolution of your wideband calibration.

It can also be used to repair IACV issues in another position. For O2 fix, it replaces NJM2904 in the IC22 slot. 

This part can replace any NJM2904 op-amp and is not Honda specific.
